I’ve been a biohacker since birth, starting with a cold plunge at baptism and going into keto while other kids were going into kindergarten. During my studies, I was naturally drawn to neuroscience, seeing the brain as the foundation of our being, thoughts, and emotions. When I discovered neurofeedback, it seemed like the next logical step—gently conditioning brain activity to create substantial benefits. Now, with over 15 years in this field, I’m driven to spread neurofeedback across the globe, and remote neurofeedback has allowed me to do just that.
